This gentle holistic yoga class blends breath awareness with focussed movement. Postures are adapted where necessary to meet every student’s needs. The practice supports the strength, flexibility and balance of the whole person, physically and emotionally. Our attention lies in presence, the breath and allowing movements to guide us toward inner and outer stillness

The practice offers:

  • Breath-led movement and alignment (integrating Alexander Technique principles)

Relaxation / Silent Heart Meditation

The practice closes with a short relaxation; stilling the busy mind with breath awareness and opening the quiet energy of the heart.
